Custom Order Form

HELLO! Yes, we would love to make you cookies! Here are a few things you should know first:​

 

HAND-DECORATED:  We are not taking orders for hand-decorated sugar cookies at this time. We ARE taking orders for printed cookies (See the following subheading.)

  • Our custom hand-decorated, royal icing sugar cookies are little pieces of art that require a lot of time and attention to detail to create. Hand-decorated pricing starts at $6/cookie or $72/dozen.

PRINTED:

​

  • ​Custom printed cookies start at $2.50 per 1.5--2 inch cookie and increase one dollar per inch from there.

  • Please complete the form below and we will get back to you with a quote and/or more questions about your design as soon as we can.

  • Custom royal icing cookies are a lengthy process that requires at least a three-day turn around time to allow for designing, baking, icing, detail-work, proper drying,  and packaging. Please allow yourself and us enough time to make the best quality cookies possible by ordering early. A rush fee may be applied to last-minute orders.

  • We book out quickly, usually 2-4 months in advance, so please take a look at our availability calendar below to make sure we have availability for the week before you need your cookies. 

  • If you see that the date you desire is already booked, there may still be a chance to squeeze you in depending on the quantities of the orders for the week. It never hurts to reach out and ask! If we can make it work, we'd love to make your special cookies for you!

PAYMENT/SHIPPING/LICENSING:

​

  • Payment in full is required at the time of booking for orders of $200 or less. After we receive your details, we will send you an invoice through our website email. Please make sure that you mark our email address as "safe" so that it doesn't get sent to your spam folder. Our email address is randomactsofcookies@outlook.com .

  • For orders over $200 a 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your booking with the balance due upon delivery.

  • We are unable to ship cookies at this time. Pick-up only, please. 

  • Our cookies are made in a licensed domestic bakery where cross contamination of food allergens may occur. We can substitute Bob's Red Mill Gluten-free flour at a small increase in price, but we do not claim that our product is gluten-free.

  • RAC is a licensed domestic bakery located in historic downtown Cottage Grove, Oregon and was established in 2020.

PICKUP TERMS: We have a self-pickup option only and will be in communication with you either on the website listing or in a private email about when pickup time is designated.

     

The pickup location is at 28 S. 6th Street Unit 5 in Cottage Grove unless otherwise specified.

      

Please use the 'Add a Note' option at checkout to make any special arrangements for pick up times outside of the listed time frame we offer.

 

If your cookies have not been picked up within 30 minutes of the designated pick up time, and there has been no communication from you making other arrangements, your cookies will be donated to a family in need, and you will make someone very happy. We appreciate courtesy and understanding that time is valuable. We have lots of cookies that need baking!

I am busy making cookies, but I will respond as soon as possible! My business hours are Monday - Friday, 10am to 4pm.
