HELLO! Yes, I would love to make you cookies! Here are a few things you should know first:

 

• This product is homemade and is not prepared in an inspected food establishment.

• I am a home hobby baker based in Cottage Grove, Oregon. I make cookies for the joy it gives me and those that receive them. 

• While I am not interested in pushing sales, I do appreciate compensation for the value of my work. While I do it for the joy, it can also be very challenging work. Some of the more detailed cookies can take me several hours per cookie to create.

PRICING

• Prices are as shown on the website.

• If you require additional customization, prices may increase.

• For custom orders you will be quoted a price taking into account the ingredients required and the expected time needed to complete them.

• All prices include heat-sealing and decorative packaging.

ORDERING

​​

• I book out quickly, usually 2-3 months in advance.  Please inquire far ahead of your event date to ensure that I am able to block out space for you the week before you need your cookies!

• Please use the custom order form on our website if you would like to order a customized cookie. I am happy to do something totally unique, or if you would like something already shown on our website, I am happy to accommodate your requirements.

• All cookies and treats are home made and designed by hand. If you order several of the same cookie, they will look similar but are unlikely to be totally identical.

• When requesting a design, please be aware that we cannot replicate copyrighted material. I will not copy another cookier's work exactly.  

• Once your order is placed, I am happy to accept amendments within reason. Once I begin work on your order, no further amendments will be allowed.

• There is no minimum order, as I charge by the cookie.

• I am usually booked out three months in advance which makes last minute orders impossible.  However, there is always a chance that a booking may have cancelled, and it never hurts to ask!

PAYMENT

• Payment is accepted by cash, PayPal, or through this website. 

• Payment in full is required at the time of booking for orders $200 or less.

• Work on your order will not begin until the full payment has been received.

• For orders over $200, a $200 non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your booking with the balance due one week before pickup.

PICKUP ONLY

​

• We offer pickup orders only. Oregon cottage bakery law prohibits shipping options, and we are so focused on making sure that your cookies are perfect that we are unable to make deliveries. 

• No show = no cookies. Not showing up to the agreed upon pickup time (more than 30 minutes late) forfeits your order. But take heart - we'll donate to a family in need. Do you need to reschedule your pickup time or have an unforeseen emergency? We get it! Life happens, but please reach out and communicate.

• Only premium ingredients are used to hand make and decorate all our cookies and treats.

• All ingredients used will be listed on a label found on each set.

• The product's expiration date is 3-4 weeks from the date packaged.

ALLERGIES

• I work in a home kitchen where cross contamination may occur, so I make no claims that my product is free of certain ingredients.

• I can substitute gluten-free flour if requested, but I cannot claim that my product is gluten-free.

• Please contact me prior to ordering if you have any concerns about allergies.

REFUNDS & COMPLAINTS

• No refund will be offered for orders cancelled three weeks or less prior to the pickup date. Unfortunately, after that time, I cannot offer refunds as your cutter order and supply list has likely already been purchased.  I may have had to turn down other bookings due to having your order in my schedule.

• All refunds are at the discretion of the business owner.

• Once your order is picked up and out of my hands, I am no longer responsible for any damage that might incur.  Be mindful not to leave your cookies in a hot car, allow them to be handled roughly, or to allow anything to be placed on top of them.  Your cookies are delicate pieces of art and will damage easily if not handled carefully.

• I need to be made aware of any complaints relating to your order within 24 hours of pick up. To investigate your complaint, I may need your order returned to me.
