Please try to allow us at least three business days to guarantee your order is ready for you on time. However, we understand last-minute cravings, so if you need cookies sooner than that, we will sure try our best to make that happen for you!

Random Acts of Cookies' address is 28 S. 6th St. Unit #5 in the Old City Hall building in downtown Cottage Grove across from "Imagine It Framed". You will need to enter the building from the front and go up the stairs. Turn left at the top, and we are the very last unit on the left. This is a secured building and is normally locked. We will unlock the doors for you at the time of your arranged pickup. If you have trouble finding us or getting in the building, please message us at the email address in your confirmation, and we will respond as soon as we are able.

Additonal Note: Not showing up at the designated pickup time (more than 30 minutes late) forfeits your order. But take heart - we'll donate to a family in need. Do you need to reschedule your pickup time or have an unforeseen emergency? We get it! Life happens, but please reach out and communicate.
