Although our cookies are made in a licensed home bakery, RACs is not a certified allergen-free kitchen, so some allergen cross-contamination may occur. This product is homemade and is prepared in an ODA inspected food establishment. RACs is a licensed, domestic bakery located in historic downtown Cottage Grove, Oregon.

Please allow at least three days before you wish to pickup your cookies when you place your order. Depending on demand at this busy time, availability may be delayed.
Please include the following in a note at checkout:
- School colors
- School mascot
- Name of school and acronym
- Date of requested pickup
- Photograph (photographer must give permission, please)
Random Acts of Cookies' address is 28 S. 6th St. Unit #5 in the Old City Hall building in downtown Cottage Grove across from "Imagine It Framed". You will need to enter the building from the front and go up the stairs. Turn left at the top, and we are the very last apartment on the left. This is a secured building and is normally locked. We will unlock the doors for you at the time of your arranged pickup. If you have trouble finding us or getting in the building, please message us at the email address in your confirmation, and we will respond as soon as we are able.
Additonal Note: Not showing up at the designated pickup time (more than 30 minutes late) forfeits your order. But take heart - we'll donate to a family in need. Do you need to reschedule your pickup time or have an unforeseen emergency? We get it! Life happens, but please reach out and communicate.
